To gain exposure amongst the competition and sell more products online, Step2 pursued an innovative solution for winning top-of-sort placements in relevant search results.</p>
<p>Step2 decided to allot a portion of its search marketing budget to HookLogic’s Retail Search Exchange, a CPC auction marketplace which exclusively targets active shoppers across a network of ecommerce websites including BabyAge, Rakuten.com Shopping, Sears, Staples, and the largest baby and toy retailer online.</p>
<p><span id="more-3548"></span>With the Retail Search Exchange, Step2 would have the opportunity to include its products in “featured” listings that are served in prime real-estate, against relevant site searches and category sorts.</p>
<p>Getting started was easy. Step2 was provided a username and password to log into the Retail Search Exchange and was able to deposit funds immediately. The company was then able to place bids on the products and product categories that it wanted to promote, with the ability to set maximum spend for each.</p>
<p>Once bids were activated, Step2 product ads were showcased across Retail Search Exchange sites that sell Step2 products. All the ads clicked-in to product pages just as they would if they were organic search results – leaving the consumer experience intact, and keeping the retail environment uninterrupted.</p>
<p>The live reporting and campaign insights that the Retail Search Exchange provided enabled Step2 to track actual sales and a return on ad spend, calculated in real time.</p>

If so, then you might be the next great account manager at HookLogic.<span id="more-3428"></span></p>
<p>As an account manager, you will be responsible for supporting key client relationships, while helping our clients drive more dealership walk-ins through the use of the AutoHook suite of products. Your mission will be to provide great service and build strong relationship, with the end goal of maximizing client retention and growing dealer revenue. We are looking for a smart, hardworking, organized individual with the problem solving skills needed to help our client achieve success.</p>
<p><b>Key responsibilities will include: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Create deep relationships with customers by being responsive, creative and consultative.</li>
<li>Train clients on HookLogic’s AutoHook suite of products by phone, webinar, etc.</li>
<li>Support clients concerning best practices, software operations and other technical &amp; non-technical issues</li>
<li>Seek and exploit opportunities to upsell clients to use all of our powerful products</li>
<li>Proactively lead client communication (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly check-ins)</li>
<li>Continuously articulate the value of the HookLogic’s AutoHook suite of products and why it’s different than other e-commerce programs</li>
<li>Partner with product team to identify opportunities to improve offering based on market feedback</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Desired Skill Set: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of professional experience working with clients</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communications skills</li>
<li>Organized with outstanding attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify business opportunities/issues</li>
<li>Experience coordinating multiple business functions to resolve client issues</li>
<li>Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask</li>
<li>Salesforce.com experience is a plus</li>
<li>Have a “can-do” positive attitude and the willingness to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty</li>

<li>Previous sales experience preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Conduct 80-125 outbound sales calls per day to small and medium-sized businesses offering RSX such as SEM, PPC, etc.</li>

<li>Using a sales script, identify clients’ needs and cultivate effective sales strategies via phone</li>
<li>Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling, closing sales over the phone</li>

<li>Follow a transactional sale model with a 1-2 call close and script.</li>
<li>Ability to engage clients as you build relationships quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data</li>
<li>Prior CRM experience preferred</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Highly motivated with great sense of urgency</li>
